FIRE & The Round Room
Our first step into hospitality materialised in September of 2005 when FIRE Steakhouse & Bar and The Round Room at The Mansion House was created.
FIRE Renovation
FIRE was ignited in 2013 by a €2 million facelift expanding from a 220 seater to 280.
Zaragoza to SOLE
In 2016 we acquired Zaragoza, a Spanish Tapas restaurant and created SOLE Seafood & Grill, a 110 seater seafood restaurant in the heart of Dublin.
The Anniversary of the Dáil
The heritage-imbued Round Room celebrated the centenary of the 1st sitting of The Dáil Éireann at the Round Room of the Mansion House
FIRE’s Facelift
In February 2020 FIRE received a transformative facelift in excess of over €1 millon, redefining its place as a premier destination in Dublin’s vibrant city centre.
FIRE’s New Layer of Sophistication
November 2020 brought dining to another level in FIRE with investment in a premium enclosed terrace overlooking The Lord Mayor’s garden.
200 Years at The Round Room
An interactive exhibition celebrating 200 years of events at The Round Room allowed the public to enter the famous gates on Dawson Street for the first time and learn the venue’s rich history.

After 20 years of Hospitality & Events we wanted to bring our four venues into one family and EHL Experiences was born.
